The H/T type steel beam assembly welding and straightening integrated machine (standard version) is an industrial application of the "hot welding and hot straightening process" proposed by Liaoning Jinrong Machinery. It mainly solves the accuracy problems of seamless welding of hot welded web plates below 14mm, forming of hot straightening wing plates with 25mm, and eliminating errors in the combination of three processes. It concentrates the processes completed by the traditional assembly machine, gantry welding, and straightening machine in one equipment, and is a specialized equipment that directly assembles, welds, and corrects the wing and web plates of H-shaped/T-shaped steel; Realizing the technology of no solder joints and no arc plates significantly improves production efficiency and product qualification rate, reduces production costs, saves site space, and has obvious advantages in assessment indicators such as yuan/ton, ton/square meter, ton/person, equipment depreciation/ton, risk/ton, etc. It is the latest production equipment for efficient production of H-shaped steel, T-shaped steel, and auxiliary welding cross columns. Optional double wire and double arc technology can achieve a qualitative improvement in production efficiency, which is multiple times faster than traditional equipment such as H-shaped steel gantry welding.
