This technical solution includes one annual production line of 30000 tons of rock wool (based on 300 working days), with a single line hourly production of 4 tons and a single line daily production of 100 tons

Water supply and drainage engineering (one production line)

There is basically no wastewater generated in this project. Mainly the discharge of domestic wastewater.
3.Power supply engineering (one production line)
The total installed capacity of this project's equipment is 2200KW. Due to the main line having multiple one in use and one backup equipment and frequency converters, the actual power consumption of the main line is about 1500KW. It is recommended to build one transformer on site to provide radial power to the workshop.

5.Production process
The technology of this project comes from the introduction of advanced foreign technology. Basalt raw materials and coke are melted in proportion, and then the solution is made into rock wool fibers through centrifugation. Then, appropriate process technology and equipment are used to perform physical deep processing and chemical modification on the initial fibers to prepare finished basalt fiber profiles.

Cotton collecting machine
Under the action of high-pressure wind, the fibers are blown onto the rotating drum mesh of the cotton collector. At the same time, under the negative pressure air flow inside the mesh drum, the rock wool fibers will uniformly adsorb on the outside of the drum mesh to form a cotton felt. After rotation, the cotton felt is sent to the front section of the cotton collector. Under the action of the blowing fan, the cotton felt is blown away from the drum mesh and enters the belt conveyor.1. Main technical indicators:

Folding machine (aluminum alloy wave wheel)
The pleating machine compresses the cotton layer conveyed from the front section longitudinally through different speeds of the pressure rollers, causing the rock wool fibers to form a wavy shape. By adjusting the position deviation of the upper and lower wave wheels, the overall fibers form a three-dimensional curve. This further increases the structural strength of rock wool.1. Automatic packaging machine
