Project Overview
1.1 Design water volume

1.3 Design parameters for effluent

2.1 Design Principles
1) On the basis of economic rationality, actively and steadily adopt mature and advanced technologies to achieve good results in the design, construction, and operation management of the project;
2) Based on the conditions of the project, in accordance with the principle of combining needs and possibilities, and on the basis of ensuring effective and standard treatment of wastewater, the water distribution method and process flow of wastewater should be reasonably determined to minimize infrastructure investment and operating costs, save land occupation, reduce energy consumption, and achieve the best renovation layout and effect;
3) The processing facilities have high operational efficiency and complete the process requirements with stable and reliable processing methods.
4) The processing facilities should be conducive to regulation, control, and operation.
5) Use corrosion-resistant equipment and materials in the design to extend the service life of the facility.
2.2 Design scope
1) Scope of sewage design: From the inlet of the first treatment unit of the sewage treatment station to the outlet of the last treatment unit, including process and civil engineering design;
2) Electrical design scope: from the first distribution panel of the sewage treatment station to the electrical terminal of the sewage treatment station;
3) Disposable water, steam and other public works: from the boundary line connection point of the sewage treatment station to the use terminal;
2.3 Solid liquid separation system
The solid content in the fecal wastewater is high, and there is a small amount of mud and sand in the water. The raw water is first intercepted by spiral extrusion separation to intercept the total cow manure in the water, and then compressed and dehydrated for centralized treatment. The separated water enters the subsequent units.
2.4 Regulating pool
To provide continuous and stable water supply for subsequent units by homogenizing the incoming water, a submersible mixing system is installed in the pool to ensure that feces and fine sand do not settle at the bottom of the pool. Considering the small amount of fine sand in the water, conventional water pump seals are not durable and will wear out quickly. For the project, a submerged slurry pump is selected, and wear-resistant alloy is used for the overflow part to ensure stable and trouble free operation of the system.
2.5 Coagulation sedimentation tank
By adding coagulants to separate fine suspended fibrous substances that are difficult to separate in solid-liquid separators, a central drive mud scraper is installed internally, and a slag scraping system is installed at the top, which runs irregularly to ensure that the floating slag at the bottom of the bottom sediment meter is removed even if necessary, and to ensure the water quality effect of subsequent units.
2.6 Coagulation air flotation machine
If there is still a significant amount of SS in the pre-treatment water before the well, the effluent from the coagulation and sedimentation tank is further separated from the suspended solids that are difficult to naturally settle and separate through coagulationand flotation.
2.7 UASB reactor
Anaerobic sludge bed reactor mainly utilizes anaerobic sludge to decompose organic matter in water and convert it into biogas energy. UASB consists of three parts: sludge reaction zone, gas-liquid solid three-phase separator (including sedimentation zone), and gas chamber. There is a large amount of anaerobic sludge left in the bottom reaction zone, and sludge with good sedimentation and coagulation properties forms a sludge layer in the lower part. The sewage to be treated flows from the bottom of the anaerobic sludge bed and mixes with the sludge in the sludge layer. The microorganisms in the sludge decompose the organic matter in the sewage and convert it into biogas. Biogas is continuously released in the form of tiny bubbles, which merge and gradually form larger bubbles during the ascent process. In the upper part of the sludge bed, a suspended sludge layer with relatively thin sludge concentration is formed due to the stirring of biogas. The sludge and water rise together and enter the three-phase separator. When biogas touches the reflector plate at the lower part of the separator, it turns around the reflector plate and then enters the gas chamber through the water layer. The biogas concentrated in the gas chamber is led out through a conduit; The solid-liquid mixture is reflected and enters the sedimentation zone of the three-phase separator. The sludge in the sewage undergoes flocculation, and the particles gradually increase and settle under the action of gravity. The sludge that settles on the inclined wall slides back into the anaerobic reaction zone along the inclined wall, causing a large amount of sludge to accumulate in the reaction zone; The treated effluent separated from sludge overflows from the upper part of the overflow weir in the sedimentation area and is then discharged from the sludge bed.
2.8 Sludge treatment system
The sludge generated from the entire wastewater treatment mainly comes from coagulation sedimentation tanks, air flotation machines, and secondary sedimentation tanks. Part of the sludge collected by the secondary sedimentation tank flows back to the front-end anoxic and aerobic tank to supplement the lost sludge in the system, ensuring the microbial concentration in the biochemical tank. The remaining sludge is discharged to the sludge concentration tank for unified dewatering treatment. The sludge dewatering machine adopts a stacked screw sludge dewatering machine, which can achieve 24-hour unmanned continuous operation, and the equipment is noiseless during operation.
