Action control
1. Function realization
Description of main function modules of machine tool:
1. Control system. Automatic machining of machine tools is realized through guangzhou cnc system programming. The system controls the sliding table to complete the machining of workpiece turning and chamfering steps through tool changing and numerical control interpolation. The system controls the start and stop of the spindle, the clamping of the workpiece, the coolant switch and the interpolation control of its corresponding linear slide table.

The main shaft is driven by a 4.0KW main motor, and the motor and the main shaft are driven by a V-belt. Through the control of the new generation, it can be set to different speeds.
4. Feed drive. This machine adopts the way that the rotary motion of the ball screw directly connected to the servo motor is converted into linear motion to drive the precision slide table to realize the forward and backward feed in the machining process. The ball screw for machine tools is produced by Jiangsu Qijian. In order to better ensure the working accuracy and speed of this machine, the main body of the sliding table is cast by HT250 cast iron, and the internal stress is eliminated by annealing and harmonic vibration. 5. Lubrication system. The machine tool is equipped with automatic centralized lubrication system, which is automatically controlled by CNC system at regular intervals and with hydraulic alarm device to avoid the trouble of liquid shortage.
6. Workpiece clamping. Workpiece clamping is a hydraulic cylinder to push the fixture to clamp the workpiece. The chuck and the spindle are of one-piece structure. When clamping different workpieces, different internal bearing fixtures should be selected. The working pressure shall be 1-2Mpa.
7. Tool installation. The use of four-station electric tool rest makes it very convenient to adjust the tool.
8. Cooling device. Workpiece cooling adopts multi-stage high-pressure pump to cool the workpiece and tool. A single pump supplies the cutting area.
9. Machine tool protection. Machine tool sheet metal is semi-closed frame type, with beautiful shape and smooth lines. A sliding door with a side opening is set in front of the sheet metal, and the door is equipped with a large area of transparent tempered glass. The handle part is appropriate, the workpiece is convenient to take and take, and the processing observation is clear.
10. Disposal of chips and coolant. Most of the chips processed by turning are spiral or strip chips, and the treatment methods of chips and cooling liquid are as follows: the chips flow into the chip collecting groove of the machine tool with the cooling liquid, and after the cutting fluid from which the chips are removed returns,
It is pumped out by the cooling pump to cool the workpiece, and it is repeated.
