(1)Uncoiler

Overall equipment description:
Cantilevered pyramid unwinding machine, used for unfolding raw material coils on the production line. The expansion and contraction of the spindle are completed by the hydraulic system. The rotation of the spindle is driven by an electric motor and a reducer.
The unwinding speed and tension are adjustable; Spindle motor anti tension braking.
Equipment composition:
The main body of the equipment includes the spindle, sector plate, shaft end rotary pair, machine base, spindle drive system, hydraulic expansion and contraction system, pressure roller, pressure roller position detection, etc.

(2)Entrance winding car

Overall equipment description:
Transport steel coils during up and down coiling. Manually place the steel coil, and then use hydraulic transmission to rotate the roller on the track. Equipped with mechanical and electrical limits. The lifting of the steel coil is completed by the hydraulic cylinder after it is in place.

5.Cleaning section equipment
Overall description:
The spray channel of the cleaning and processing equipment is made of stainless steel welding.
The pre-treatment unit is composed of two roller compaction memorial archway type extruder, two sets of memorial archway type roller brush, circulating cleaning system and exhaust system.
The compression and drying machine adopts two rubber rollers and an eccentric mechanism design. The upper roller is pressed down by a cylinder without power, allowing the upper and lower surfaces of the steel plate to be transported in the sprayed liquid.
The roller brush machine adopts two nylon disc-shaped brush rollers connected by a motor and a universal joint, which rotate in reverse (or clockwise) to clean the steel plate, and the supporting rollers are pressed down by a cylinder.
The circulating cleaning system includes pre degreasing, degreasing, two water washes, and one pure water wash. The liquid used for pre degreasing, degreasing, and washing is heated in a flue gas hot water waste heat exchanger installed in the incineration system. After heating, there is a water pump circulation system to fully utilize the thermal energy of the incineration system.
The heating system is equipped with a steam direct supply backup circuit.
The water sprayed with pure water is directly replenished to Water Wash 2, and the water from Water Wash 2 overflows to Water Wash 1. After reaching Water Wash 1, it overflows and is discharged into the sewage collection tank, which is known as countercurrent rinsing technology.

6. Outlet equipment
Prepare overall instructions
Under normal conditions, the mobile trolley is located at the bottom of the loop, and no steel strip is stored inside the loop. During the winding operation of the winding machine, the outlet section stops feeding and the process section continues to transport and store the strip steel to the outlet loop to ensure continuous production.
The structural form is a vertical loop, with fixed lower rollers and walking upper rollers, and a chrome plated steel roller structure. The walking car is driven synchronously by an electric motor, reducer, winch, chain, and sprocket. The loop is equipped with deceleration point, synchronization point, and stop point detection. After exporting the loop, a centering machine is also installed.

7.Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of this line consists of 2 sets of ordinary hydraulic systems and 4 sets of servo hydraulic stations.

8.Pneumatic system

Configure air sources for all cylinders and pneumatic diaphragm pumps on the entire line. This includes air filtration, lubrication, pressure regulation, and solenoid valves used by a single device. On the movement of the cylinder, the translation cylinder and the top support cylinder are controlled by their respective directional control valves.

9.Electrical part

The design principles of automation systems are to ensure the integrity, advancement, reliability, and applicability of the system, and to facilitate future maintenance and expansion. The automatic control system of the unit adopts an integrated electrical and instrumentation control system.
