At the same time, the working status of each burner can be monitored by PLC, The PLC system can achieve preset temperature curves, and the actual heat treatment process can be automatically carried out according to the set curve. At the same time, it can display and record the temperature of each temperature control point and monitoring point, prompt the operating status of the burner and give fault alarms. The PID calculation and pulse control calculation of the temperature circuit are also realized by this system.
Ignition control
After pressing the ignition button, the ignition transformer is activated by the ignition program controller to start ignition. If ignition fails, that is, the ultraviolet flame detection probe does not detect a flame signal, the ignition program controller quickly sends a command to automatically close all safety solenoid valves to achieve flameout protection. At the same time, a sound and light warning signal is issued to remind the operator to identify the cause, and then press the reset button. The PLC will reissue the start command and repeat the ignition program,
