(1)VIP series inverter intermediate frequency power supply
All components of the series resonant single power supply intermediate frequency power supply are installed in a closed cabinet. Its advantage is that when the series resonant system is in normal operation, its rectification part is fully open, and the controlled object is the output power of the inverter part. That is, series resonance adjusts the output power of the intermediate frequency power supply by adjusting the inverter. Therefore, in this system, the intermediate frequency power supply can be one to two or one to many.
The power cabinet is also equipped with a convenient smelting manager (optional), which includes functions such as cold furnace startup, fault diagnosis, fault information display, operation information display, system status display, and information storage.The series inverter power supply consists of an incoming transformer, rectifier, filtering capacitor, inverter, resonant capacitor, induction coil, and VIP controller. It has the advantages of simple main circuit control, low failure rate, easy maintenance, and high equipment operating efficiency.

(2)Remote operation cabinet
The steel cabinet, instruments, and operation control components are installed on the operation panel. This panel can be opened, making maintenance and inspection very convenient. It mainly consists of the following components.
a. 1 Siemens PLC touch screen, 3 intermediate frequency voltage meters, and 3 digital furnace lining side thickness meter milliampere meters
