3. Welded pipe product standards:
Bending degree of steel pipe: less than 2mm/m.
Fixed length accuracy: The travel switch controls the fixed length, and ± 3mm corresponds to a 6-meter fixed length.
Fixed length range: greater than 3 meters.
The outer diameter and wall thickness of the steel pipe cannot reach the limit at the same time.

4. Process flow:

5. Equipment composition and description:
Dual station uncoiler, steel pipe forming, welding section, steel pipe outer weld polishing, steel pipe shaping and sizing section, fixed length pipe cutting machine, finished material rack and system control cabinet

The unit adopts three sections of bed: steel pipe forming and welding section, steel pipe outer weld polishing section, and steel pipe shaping and sizing section, with a bed height of 560mm.
The unit adopts a 7.5kw motor drive, frequency converter speed regulation, and gearbox transmission to ensure synchronous operation of the front and rear units. The operation is convenient and clear, and can achieve a large speed range.
Unit transmission chain: motor - gearbox - worm gear reducer - transmission shaft - horizontal roller shaft.
The inner side of the horizontal roller bearing seat (near the end of the worm gear reducer) adopts deep groove ball bearings, and the outer side (near the end of the operator) adopts single row needle roller bearings, which can withstand large loads.
 There are positioning steps on the inner side of the upper and lower horizontal shafts. The horizontal roll is locked from the side of the memorial archway through the shaft sleeve, and the mold can be quickly replaced through the corresponding mold positioning sleeve.

6.After-sales:
Within the scope of equipment warranty: The product (including motors and machined parts) is guaranteed for one year, calculated from the date of acceptance by the buyer after the equipment debugging is qualified (excluding human damage).
Note: Electrical components and electronic control buttons are guaranteed for three months. After one year, provide paid after-sales service.
