           The high pressure vortex vibration cleaning is low cost and high efficiency cleaning method, without any pollution, high cleanness cleaning system. The system basic makeup includes water tank with pump, heater and cleaning head. The water tank, pump and cleaning head are made of stainless steel. The liquid pumped from the container will go through the cleaning head and return to container. The aluminum rod for cleaning will use mechanical and chemical cleaning through the cleaning head.     
          The cleaning head is installed on the top of water tank. Through the water exchanger on the top, the heated liquid will be transported to the aluminum rod.   The cleaning head uses high speed rubbing cleaning system to expedite the chemical reaction.
         The design and installation of cleaning head water exchanger has the liquid spray on the aluminum rod. The moving aluminum rods are pressed to contact the holes on the water exchanger, so as to clean the aluminum rod surface. The useless dirt would be wiped off from the water exchanger by high pressure liquid and transported to liquid tank.
         There are a lot of water exchangers on each cleaning head, air brush uses to prevent the liquid flow out and have the wire dry.
  The cleaning system is composed of 2 sets of standard devices. There are one cleaning cabinet, one pump and two cleaning heads on each set of device. When the aluminum rods go though the first cleaning cabinet, use lye to clean the aluminum rods. In the second cleaning cabinet, use water with PH 5~8 to wash the aluminum rods.
        The cleaning cabinets all include electrical control cabinet, liquid pump, liquid level controller, heater, thermocouple and compressed air supply system.
        According to the user's request, it is possible to concentrate the electrical control system of the three devices in one cabinet.
The cleaning device uses multilevel pump, with motor power 3kw, stroke≥1Mpa,equipped with 3PCS 4kw heating tube in each cabinet.
