This type motor armature turning machine is used turning the commutator surface. The cutter moving in lateral or radial direction is controlled by ball screws which are driven by treble-spindle servo motor. After rough turning, the machine will turn accurately. Turning times(4 times total) and cutter feeding value(≥1um) could be set up on touch screen according to user`s needs. Treble-spindle servo motor control could make stable and precise cutter feeding.

This type motor commutator turning machine is consist of V-supporting device, feeding device, arm driving device and box framework. Electric servo system controls the feeding device.
