Advantages introduction of equipment main components
1,Intermediate frequency power supply
(1),Working principle
Via three-phase main frequency AC power and three-phase bridge rectifier, the power supply becomes to be adjustable DC power supply. Then via reactor smoothing and after smoothing, it is transmitted to single-phase inverter bridge. Via pulse control,single bridge diagonal alternative switch becomes single phase 100~2500HZ intermediate frequency current. Resonant tank is made up of induction coil and compensator capacitor and transmits current to induction coil. Current makes metal furnace burden in the inductor create intermediate frequency swirl, and furnace burden is heated to melt.
(2),Main component-electric reactor
Our company adopts water cooling reactor and dry type reactor . All the standard equipment adopt water cooling reactor. Along with the equipment development going deeply and high-end customers increase, the requirements of reactor are getting higher and higher. At present, the dry reactors of our company to high-end customers has very low failure rate, saving power 2~3%. It is choosing part.
(3),Main component- thyristor
Thyristor used by our company has stable quality, strong anti-current impact ability, extremely not easy to damage. Cost is higher 20%~30% than that of the same industries.
(4)Main component- main control circuit board Circuit boards used in the thyristor series connection, parallel connection of intermediate frequency power are self-developed and self-produced by our company. Engineers in the R&D center updates and improves circuit board in real time, and ensure our company is in the advanced level in the industry. Circuit boards produced and welded are tested by our company's special QC person and inspect one by one, to avoid unqualified product getting out of factory and ensure safety of equipment use.
2,electric capacitor cabinet:
(1),working principle
capacitor cabinet and induction coil are series or parallel connection for compensating inductive reactive power of induction coil and forming a resonant tank with coil so as to achieve proper frequency and equivalent impedance. After compensating, all medium-frequency need to provide are active power and a little reactive power which can greatly decreased the capacity of medium-frequency power.
Large power induction furnace needs large quantity of compensating capacitor. In order to reduce space and electromagnetic leakage, the capacitor of our company adopts particular double installation mode. Water-cooled bus of large current is ordered by special mould, making water-cooled cavity and copper plate just need one shape, no need to weld. So there is no oxidization, ensured high efficient of water-cooled and conduction.
(2),main components and parts-electric capacitor
The capacitor produced by our company has the advantage of first-class quality and strong overvoltage ability which win the praise of users by long-term use.
3,Coreless induction furnace body
(1)working principle
It adopts magnet yoke hydraulic transmission structure of steel shell, is composed of furnace fixed mount, furnace frame, induction coil, yoke furnace tilting mechanism and water-cooled cable.
Furnace fixed mount is welded by section steel and steel plate. Weld fixed mount on furnace basic embedded part during installation at site.
Furnace frame is welded by frame type cylinder made from thickness steel plate ring and joist steel which ensured the rigidity of inductor and furnace lining. Support rib on furnace bottom adopts radial arrangement which is easy for heat dissipation and maintenance.
Active furnace frame is used for installing induction coil and magnet yoke which is welded by section steel and steel plate. It is adopting semi-closed structure .The top operating platform of active furnace frame use thickened steel plate so as to increase strength of furnace frame and bearing capacity. Furnace cover is on the active furnace frame and drived by machine or oil hydraulic. In order to ensure reliability of furnace cover operating, jacking and revolving oil of hydraulic driven type adopts two cylinders drive independently.
(2)main components and parts-magnet yoke
Magnet yoke is made of high-quality silicon steel sheet,two sides clamp by stainless steel plate. After optimization design by microcomputer and precision production,profile curved structure and the radian excircle of induction coil are the same. Magnet yoke has a large cover area to induction coil. The method to fix magnet yoke is making it stick close to induction coil. There are high temperature and voltage resistance insulation mat layer between them and outside use M24 lead screw tightly against to the stainless steel plate on the back of magnet yoke.
The inner side of magnet yoke stainless champing steel plate is equipped with special designed water-cooled radiator which ensured the temperature of magnet yoke keeps normal temperature, avoid transformation of magnet yoke by temperature rising. In this way, strengthened supporting for induction coil, improved the general intensity of furnace.
