Usage of Steel Smelting Furnace:

1. Thermal processing: quenching, annealing, tempering, diathermy beating for variety of metal wholly or partly;

3. Welding and Soldering: brass soldering for variety of metal, welding for variety of steel tools&steel blade, saw blade and saw tooth, steel tube, copper tube, compatible metal and dissimilar meta;;

4. Metal Melting: Melting (vacuum melting), casting and evaporation coating for gold, silver, copper, iron, aluminum

5. Other usage for High-frequency Heating Machine: single crystal growth for semi-conductor, thermal shrinkage fit, heat-sealing for bottleneck, hot-sealing for toothpaste tubes, powder coating, metal embedding to plastic and so forth.

      Referring to and integrated advantages of IF Melting Furnace both domestically and internationally and based on the principle of rational structure, advanced technology, practical and reliable and easy repairing, we developed the Constant Power Digit-Control IF Electric Furnace. It has obvious effect on energy-saving comparing to Common Cable Line which can save the power consumption around 5%; since there is less connecting line, the failure rate can be reduced by 90%, which is simple for debugging or repairing.

(2)Can be melt directly from Cold Furnace, easy for variety replacement

(3)Exquisite coil design, superior thick-walled copper cube together with reasonable interims,    make the induction coil will works with highest convention efficiency and lowest resistivity, which will concentrate more power for heating and melting; With high intensity, it's not easy for coils be damaged by Electric Arc or Expansion Force.

(4)The Support System make each circle and each turn of the coil strong and firm, which will ease the possibility of In-turn Short Circuit and over the Electromagnetic Impetus, thus to greatly increase the service age for furnace liner.
